Lake City, Fla. – Florida Gateway College (FGC) would like to invite the community out to our campus for a free, family-fun filled day under the pines celebrating FGC’s 75th Anniversary Art & Music Festival. Beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 4, 2023, several talented local artists and well-known musicians, such as The Lee Boys and American Idol Star, Leah Marlene, will be performing throughout the day.

“We are beyond excited to have such a great lineup of talented artists for our Art & Music Festival,” said Dr. Lawrence Barrett, FGC President. “This event is a continuation of our 75th Anniversary celebration and a way to say ‘thank you’ to our community, who supports us on every level each and every day.”

The festival will include a full day of back-to-back musicians, over 50 arts and crafts and food truck vendors and more. The lineup includes: Fort White Elementary School Chorus, Belmont Academy Jazz Band, Sadie Miller, Cliff Dorsey, Brett Wellman and the Stone Cold Blues Band, The Lee Boys and Leah Marlene.

FGC would like to recognize United Way of Suwannee Valley as its Community Partner for the 75th Anniversary Art & Music Festival. As a Community Partner for the event, a portion of the drink sales will be donated to their organization.
