January 1, 2018 Change to Admission Requirements and Impact on Fees Share Share this post Twitter Facebook eMail Copy URL Copy Important Notice Change to Admission Requirements and Impact on Fees Effective February 5, 2018, Florida Gateway College will no longer require the Florida Residency Declaration for Tuition Purposes and supporting documents prior to admission. Students who have met all other admission requirements, but have not submitted these documents, will be admitted as non-Florida residents and tuition will be assessed at the non-Florida resident rate. Out-of-State tuition is approximately 70% higher than the Florida resident rate. To determine eligibility for the Florida resident tuition rates, students should submit the completed residency documents to Enrollment Services as soon as possible to allow time for them to be reviewed and processed prior to the fee deadline.
