March 8, 2020 Lab Fees Changes Notice Share Share this post Twitter Facebook eMail Copy URL Copy PUBLIC NOTICE The District Board of Trustees at Florida Gateway College will be reviewing proposed changes to student fees at their regularly scheduled public meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Board Room of the Gilchrist County School Board Office, 310 NW 11th Ave., Trenton, Florida. The schedule specifically outlines the details of existing fees that are proposed to be changed and all proposed changes. All proposed increases are based on an increase in the cost of the services. The fees and fines proposed are pass through fees and will be used to cover the cost of the services being provided. All objections to this notice and propriety of the scheduled meeting should be filed with Florida Gateway College prior to noon, Thursday, April 9, 2020. All legal issues should be brought to the Trustees’ attention and an attempt made to resolve them prior to the meeting. If any person wishes to appeal a decision made with respect to any matter considered by the Board, he or she will need a record of the proceedings. It is the obligation of such person to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made. Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes.
