Complete the FGC Admission Application

The FGC Admission Application is required for all students. After the application, the requirements for admission vary by student type as outlined below. Be sure to review the requirements based on your student type, and take note of the information below the checklist table. Contact admissions@fgc.edu or 386-752-1822 if you have any questions.

Transient (requires authorization from home institution) You are currently enrolled at another institution and want to take FGC courses to transfer back to your home institution. Submission of Transcripts

Official transcripts can be submitted to FGC using one of the following methods:

Electronically

FGC accepts electronic transcripts through the FASTER system. Official transcripts can be sent directly from the issuing institution to FGC. Submitting transcripts electronically can expedite processing by up to two weeks.

In Person

You may deliver a sealed official transcript directly to the Office of Admissions, located in Building 14 on the Main Campus.

By Mail

Official transcripts should be sent in a sealed envelope to:

High School Transcript Information

Official high school transcript, GED® transcript or Notarized Home School Affidavit is required (copies of diplomas or transcripts are not official).  For official GED® transcripts, students should contact the state Department of Education in which their GED®, or high school equivalency, was obtained. If you completed your high school education through a home school program, complete this affidavit before a notary: FGC Home School Affidavit

*The programs below do not require high school completion for admission. While high school completion is not required for admission into these programs, an official high school transcript showing completion is required for the award and disbursement of financial aid for financial aid eligible programs (noted with FA eligible below).
