MyFGC Login

If you are encountering problems with your login on MyFGC or through Florida Shines, go to www.fgc.edu, then MyFGC Portal, and follow the steps below.

  • Click on MyFGC Portal, found at top of www.fgc.edu.
  • Log in using your Student Email and your initial password. (Your initial password is your birthdate in the format.: MMDDYYYY.) 
  • Follow the prompts to set up MFA (Multifactor Authentication). This is required to access your FGC accounts, so it important to follow the instructions of adding a verification method in addition to your password. For additional information on setting up MFA, please review our MFA page. If you don’t have a smart phone, please contact the Technology Help Desk at helpdesk@fgc.edu or 386-754-4408 for assistance.
  • Once MFA is set up and you log in, you will be required to reset your password for security purposes.
  • If you have never before logged onto MyFGC and your password does not work, or you do not remember your FGC login information, contact Enrollment Services at 386-754-4280 or email: Enrollment.Services@fgc.edu. Faculty and Staff should contact Human Resources. After verifying your identity for security purposes, a temporary PIN will be issued.
