Residency declaration and supporting documentation may be submitted to Enrollment Services through mail, email, or fax. Mailing address: Enrollment Services, Florida Gateway College, 149 SE College Place, Lake City, FL 32025. Email address: email@example.com. Fax: 386-754-4581.
FGC is now offering reduced tuition (in-state tuition plus only 5%) to residents of over 90 Georgia Counties. View the Residency Request for Georgia Differential Out-of-State Fee for eligible counties.
