All camps will have drop off/check in from 7:45am – 8:00am at the Howard Center, Building 10, and pick-up from 4:45pm – 5:00pm. All campers will receive lunch provided by the FGC Gateway Grill and a camp T-shirt.
Fishing Mission Camp 2019
Jul 8 – Jul 9, 2019
This exciting and informative camp is designed to wet the lines of campers between the ages of 10-18 and dive head-first into the sport of bass fishing! This popular camp returns in 2019 with more classes, more instructors, and more time for fishing! Campers will attend two days of mini-workshops on a wide range of topics to learn about baits, techniques, and fish biology. Campers will learn from anglers, biologists, and FWC Law Enforcement to learn everything they need to begin or excel at the fast-growing sport of bass fishing.
Basketball Camp 2019
Jul 10 – Jul 11, 2019
FGC Basketball Camp is open to boys and girls between the ages of 8 – 16. Campers will experience a fun and friendly atmosphere with coach Instruction for skills, drills and competitive games. Campers will get hands on instruction by coaches / college players. Please wear athletic clothing and shoes and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Boys Power Leadership Camp 2019
Jul 15 – Jul 16, 2019
Boy Power Leadership is open to young men between the ages of 8-16. Campers will be exploring topics of study including strong business skills, relationship building, and career exploration along with social skills, manners, and overall self-awareness. Activities during the camp will include opportunities to work in the automotive lab for a quick oil change, sessions with leaders from the community to focus on work ethics, along with hands on projects.
STEM 2019
Jul 17 – Jul 18, 2019
Our STEM camp will be a great opportunities for kids of all age to explore science and technology with no experience needed. This will be a two day camp with fun hands-on experiences using science, engineering, mathematics and statistics. These experiences and knowledge are designed to build critical thinking, thinking outside of the box and technical skills. Which campers would be able to use later in their classes and in real life.
Girl Power Leadership Camp 2019
Jul 22 – Jul 23, 2019
Girl Power Leadership is open to girls between the ages of 8-16. Campers will focus on empowerment and strong leadership skills for women in leadership roles. Activities during the camp will allow girls to develop skills in communication, motivation and project management. The participants will also hear from fantastic women in our business community and other areas of leadership.
Cheer Camp 2019
Jul 24 – Jul 25, 2019
FGC Cheer Camp is open to boys and girls alike of all skill levels from beginners to advanced. Campers will learn all the aspects of cheerleading including motions, jumps, tumbling and stunting. During the camp participants will also learn a routine that encompasses all the skills they learned throughout the day to be performed at the end of camp and will be invited to do the performance at a FGC Home Volleyball game in August.
