One-Stop Enrollment Day

One-Stop Enrollment Day is offered once every semester (fall, spring and summer). This is a day where new and returning students can drop-in and complete their enrollmnet process in one day at one location. Whether you need to get started or finish your enrollment at FGC, our staff will be available to help you:

  • Apply for admissions
  • Apply for financial aid
  • Complete placement testing
  • Receive academic advising
  • Register for classes
  • Pay your tuition bill or sign up for the payment plan
  • Tour campus
  • Obtain your student ID
  • Learn more about campus services like TRIO and tutoring

Open House

Open House is offered once a year during the fall semester. The event is open to prospective students and their families and friends, as well as community members. Faculty and staff from all areas of campus come together to provide a program that includes the following

  • Presentation on enrollment process
  • Interactive Campus Tour
  • Session on paying for college
  • Academic, enrollment and student services department fair
  • A chance to win one of two $500 tuition giveaways

Fall 2018 Open House Date: October 16, 2018

College Night

FGC hosts this annual event as part of the Florida College Tour, where colleges and universities across the southeast participate. The event is open to everyone and provides the opportunity for individuals to connect with representatives from many different colleges, including FGC’s faculty and staff. College Night typically occurs at the end of August each year. College Night is held in the Howard Center and it starts at 5PM and ends at 6:30PM.

Who:  For adult education graduates and their friends and families.

When: May 21, 2018 at 6PM

What: Wellborn Blueberry Festival

Where:  Wellborn Community Center

Who: A community event where people and families can enjoy food, crafts, vendors, music, and of course blueberries.

When: June 2, 2018 from 7AM to 3PM

What: Columbia County Adult Education Graduation

Where: Columbia County School Board Administrative Complex

Who:  For adult education graduates and their friends and families.
