You’re Admitted! What’s Next?
Make sure you have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) whether you think you are eligible or not. Many scholarship opportunities at FGC require a completed FAFSA. Go to www.fafsa.ed.gov. FGC school code: 001501. Visit Financial Aid for more information.
Submit transcripts for all colleges you previously attended to Enrollment Services. We will evaluate your college transcripts for transfer credit as they are received and notify you at your wolves email account upon completion. This step is necessary to receive advising, financial aid and ability to register for classes.
You turned in your Residency Declaration form at admission, but make sure you send in documents required for evidence of Florida Residency in order to receive in-state tuition rates. See the Florida Residency Requirements for acceptable documents and send documents to email@example.com or Office of Enrollment Services, 149 SE College Place, Lake City, FL 32025. Proving residency reduces your tuition over 70%. For example, a 3 credit class will cost $310 instead of $1175.
Students with disabilities are not required to disclose their disability; however, voluntary disclosure is encouraged in order to provide as many services as possible so as to enable individual student success. Student disability information remains confidential. For more information, contact the Accessibility Services Coordinator located in Building 14, Rm 102.

To allow time to review and process your documents, please submit these documents to Enrollment Services as soon as possible.
If required for your program, you will schedule your orientation date when you meet with your advisor.
Register through MyFGC or in person at the Office of Enrollment Services in Bldg. 15.
Classes must be paid for by the term’s fee due date (shown on the Academic Calendar) to avoid being dropped from your classes. Click here for information on tuition, how to pay and payment deadlines.
In MyFGC, click on Personal Information and click on view e-mail addresses to see your college assigned email address. Access your email at https://www.outlook.com/fgc.edu by entering your email address and PIN used to access MyFGC. Monitor this email throughout your time as a student, as the college will use it as a primary method of communication.
Visit Student Activities in The Hall (bldg. 7) to have you student ID made. A driver’s license and student schedule is needed to obtain your student ID.
