You are a bachelor degree student if you have completed an associate degree or higher and now want to complete a bachelor degree program. We’re glad you’ve decided to further your education at FGC!

Please follow the steps below as you plan your FGC educational career. Keep in mind that only the first two enrollment steps (apply and high school transcript) are required for admission, but some remaining steps can be completed simultaneously to expedite your enrollment. Remember that we are here to help you through this process and your success is our success.

Apply for Admission - Free!

Apply online at www.fgc.edu – Apply Now. Or complete paper application and submit to Enrollment Services, Bldg. 15. See the Academic Calendar online for admission deadlines.

Transcripts

Submit transcripts for all colleges previously attended. High school transcript is required only if the transcript is being used to document completion of two consecutive years of one foreign language. Transcripts provided during your previous enrollment process will not be needed again. Send transcripts to Enrollment Services, 149 SE College Place, Lake City, FL 32025.

Acceptance

Receive your letter of acceptance to the college that will include important information like log-in information for MyFGC and student email, as well as steps following admission. Bachelor programs have additional admission requirements that must be met to gain acceptance into the program. Find more information on program admission by selecting your intended program below:

  • Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Bachelor of Applied Science in Water Resources Management
Financial Aid

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) whether you think you are eligible or not. Many scholarship opportunities at FGC require a completed FAFSA. Check this step off your list as early as possible – may be done prior to admission. Go to www.fafsa.ed.gov.

FGC school code: 001501. Visit Financial Aid for more information.

Proof of Residency

This requirement allows you to receive in-state tuition rates. You may complete this step when you apply for admission by submitting the residency form and documents. Proving residency reduces your tuition over 70%. For example, a 3 credit class will cost $310 instead of $1175.
