The Procurement & Contracts Department at Florida Gateway College is the focal point of a campus-wide purchasing function. The mission is to deliver to the faculty, staff, and students of the college the maximum value in services and/or commodities while providing stewardship for the tax dollars of the residents of the great State of Florida.


Solicitation for Goods and Services

The Procurement & Contracts Department encourages responsible, qualified parties to request currently offered formal bid/proposal packages. These packages will be mailed for your consideration.

Vendor Solicitation

We encourage all interested vendors to register to be placed on the bid list for their respective commodities and/or services. These bid lists may be a source for informal price quotes and notices of formal bids and proposals.
