The early childhood education programs, both non-credit and credit, are offered through Teacher Preparation Programs. Non-credit classes (40-Hour Child Care Training) are available in the classroom setting. Credit classes are available online for the Bachelor of Science, Associate in Science, Staff Credential and Director Credential. Online classes are designed to meet the diverse needs of students, many of whom work full time in child care centers and have families.
Classes for the Staff Credential and Director Credential may be applied toward the A.S. in Early Childhood Education (60 credits). If students choose to continue on for a B.S. in Early Childhood Education they will be able to transition easily into the program. Contact Dr. Sharron Cuthbertson at (386) 754-4495 or email@example.com for more information. Students can also visit Dr. Cuthbertson’s faculty webpage by clicking here.
