To Register: 

  1. Download and complete the application and registration form here.
  2. Submit to the Office of Admissions either in person, via US mail or via fax. Please make sure you complete both sides of the form and indicate the specific course you are enrolling in. You must register in advance allowing sufficient time to process the application/registration form before the course begins.
  3. If you are unable to print the registration form, it may be obtained in the Admissions office, building 15 or The Center for Excellence in Teaching, Design & Business, (Teacher Academy) building 27.
  4. Once your application/registration form has been processed, you will be contacted and notified of your payment due. Payment for courses may be made by check, cash or credit card on campus or calling the Cashier’s Office at (386) 754-4211 and paying by credit card.

Registration/Refund Deadline

All CWE/Workforce courses are self-supporting. The decision to run the class is based on enrollment three business days before the class begins. If a course meets minimum enrollment requirements students may register up to the day the course begins, but fees must be paid at the time of registration.  Registration and fees cannot be made at the start of class.

Students will be issued a refund if the student drops the class at least 3 business days before the class begins, or if the College cancels the course.
